Gazprom to halt Chayandinskoye field for maintenance in Sep

MOSCOW, Apr 8 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom will close its Chayandinskoye deposit, used as the key fuel source for the Sila Sibiri pipeline, for maintenance in the middle of September, affiliate Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk said in a statement on Wednesday.

"Two-week maintenance works started on the third complex gas treatment unit of the Chayandinskoye field in the middle of March and the Gubkinsky gas producing unit was halted for 10 days. The two affiliates plan to suspend one more unit each… Chayandinskoye in the middle of September," the statement read.
